India was developing with money power parallel to the global warming as India is a developing nation & physical labor in day to day life to earn their living played an important role. After a day hard work a human body needs rest & a deep sleep with a high breeze to quench their sweat to rejuvenate them to earn their living for next day. Polstar is a manufacturing-oriented organization of electrical fans that works on the principle of ‘Make in India’; we do not focus on productivity alone. We work towards creating harmony between manufacturing output and efficiencies that deliver social, economic and environmental sustainability. We have adopted world-class technology and automation to ensure that we produce our goods efficiently with emphasis on conservation of energy water in a sustainable manner. We pursue methodology of total quality management to improve product quality with in- house production of motors & other parts. We have lined up a system of production which is chained up from procurement of raw materials till dispatch of finished goods. All raw material received are sent to our lab for quality check randomly of every lot received to ensure our confidence on both supplier & product. We believe our customer has invested their trust on us which can never break. Our factory has been branched with several departments where all parts are manufactured before it is sent for final assembly to give it a final shape. The main soul of a electrical fan lies in motor; we manufacture all motors in-house with best quality copper & stamping, along with best related raw materials to give the motor strength & life. All motors are 100% tested to ensure the quality standard & safety with best testing equipments to ensure any leakage of current & the record is kept in QC (Quality Control) department keeping in mind future after sales if any. Our in house production of all molding items used in our fans help us to keep tight supervision on quality check of raw material to avoid any mixing of B grade or non virgin resins. This ensures good strength to the material & luster, at the end beauty matters. We do specialize in TPW – (Table Pedestal & Wall–Fans) segment & to overcome the mismatch quality of outer guard of fans we have installed an automatic guard manufacturing plant in-house, it has been procured from Taiwan where our team had visited to check the production and get trained to run the machine in our factory. It is one of the main USP that sparks our quality standard. Beauty is what a customer’s eye catches at first & to give it an attractive look we have installed with an automatic powder coating plant, it ensure the calibration of color to avoid mismatch. It helps us in giving a faster, safe & better output. As a color variation in any product makes the final product useless. We do have a good technical knowledgeable staff that ensures us with final assembling with their patience & workmanship, ensuring every step of technical check & record maintenance. Through years of hands-on experience, he developed a deep understanding of market trends and consumer needs. This vision materialized in 1998 with the introduction of advanced high-speed fan technology, developed through extensive research and collaboration with leading technocrats and international partners.
